To Finish: Dessert Trio - Traditional Scottish Cranachan with Shortbread, Rich Chocolate Brownie and Lemon Posset served with Raspberries

A formal thank you will follow, but on behalf of Jim, mum, I and our whole family and friends thank you SO SO much for putting on the most wonderful wedding breakfast last Saturday at our wedding.

Not only was the food excellent, the service couldn’t be faulted and the comments from almost every single guest was centred on how excellent the food and service was.

Not only did you go above and beyond on the day, however, you (Allison in particular) was superb in fixing last minute mishaps that weren’t always your direct responsibility (e.g. the faulty generator on the morning of the wedding…!) and took all the stress away from the bride, groom and mum.

We could not recommend you more and I hope / am sure more business will come your way as a result of catering at our wedding. The Thorner lot love a good party and you proved you can handle it and go beyond expectations!!!!!!
